{"id":2234,"date":"2023-05-31T17:38:19","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T23:38:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lared.news\/?p=2234"},"modified":"2023-05-31T17:38:19","modified_gmt":"2023-05-31T23:38:19","slug":"sentencia-de-40-anos-por-homicidio-en-atlixco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/lared.news\/index.php\/2023\/05\/31\/sentencia-de-40-anos-por-homicidio-en-atlixco\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentencia de 40 a\u00f1os por homicidio en Atlixco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla obtuvo una <strong>sentencia de 40 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Jos\u00e9 Luis N., por su responsabilidad penal en el homicidio de un joven en el municipio de Atlixco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">El 24 de julio de 2010, la hoy v\u00edctima y Jos\u00e9 Luis N., quienes se encontraban ingiriendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en una boda en la colonia Valle Sur, sostuvieron una discusi\u00f3n e intentaron agredirse f\u00edsicamente, pero los dem\u00e1s invitados los separaron.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Sin embargo, durante la madrugada del siguiente d\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Luis N. golpe\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima en la cabeza ocasionando que perdiera la vida a causa de traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico severo.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Puebla ejercit\u00f3 acci\u00f3n penal y solicit\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente.
