{"id":2797,"date":"2024-07-08T19:24:02","date_gmt":"2024-07-09T01:24:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lared.news\/?p=2797"},"modified":"2024-07-08T19:24:02","modified_gmt":"2024-07-09T01:24:02","slug":"aprehendido-por-presunta-extorsion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/lared.news\/index.php\/2024\/07\/08\/aprehendido-por-presunta-extorsion\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprehendido por presunta extorsi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla cumpli\u00f3 <strong>orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra Enrique Arturo N. de 45 a\u00f1os de edad, por el delito de extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La Fiscal\u00eda investig\u00f3 la denuncia de un empresario av\u00edcola, a quien el aprehendido, presuntamente cit\u00f3 el 7 de octubre de 2022 en Iz\u00facar de Matamoros, para reclamarle la supuesta entrega de pollo en mal estado en el mes de septiembre, argumentando que le provoc\u00f3 en restaurantes, p\u00e9rdidas por 2 millones de pesos que exigi\u00f3 le fueran pagados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Enrique Arturo N. habr\u00eda sacado una pistola con la que amenaz\u00f3 y oblig\u00f3 al afectado a estarle entregando mercanc\u00eda. A pesar de cubrir en junio de 2023 un monto mayor a los 2 millones de pesos, el denunciante sigui\u00f3 recibiendo amenazas de muerte.<\/p>\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Puebla solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Enrique Arturo N. a quien detuvo el 5 de julio de 2024 en la ciudad de Puebla.<\/p>\n<p>El s\u00e1bado 6 de julio en audiencia, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico aport\u00f3 datos probatorios y el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 imponerle la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.
